I need to postpone my menstrual period for a few days! This is VERY important to me!! How can I do this? I have heard of taking BC pills temporarily, but is that safe? I am 34 yrs old, and my tubes are tied. I haven't taken birth control for about 12 years!

How to postpone period for holiday weekend; ... Unfortunately, it did nothing to help with the cramps and I usually had to take about 24 Advil® within a 24 hour time period for a day or two. Eventually, the Advil® wasn't helping and I switched to using Ultram® which helped much more.

Ladies- Do you know of a way to make your period stop after it had already started without any birth control pills? If you start taking the pill again it will stop it in a day... ... You have to have your period. It's part of the human body process. But I noticed that everytime I shower it stops for an hour or two.
