Any kind of cohosh can induce labor. It causes contractions and thinning of the cervix. NEVER drink any during your pregnancy until the end and only under the advice of your doc.

So far I'm still in early labor, but I see the doctor tomorrow so we'll see. I wouldn't try the cohosh only because I've read so many negative things about it, ... sorry to be rude but anyone who has tried anything to induce labor except walk and sex can you tell me what you did and if it worked or not thanks!
