Is there a way to kill them...all of them? Sure..you could get BedBugs spray but some are immune to it and they will reproduce and more will be immune to it and eventually they will all be immune to it.

These will not kill the bedbugs - only cause them to spread. Say no to "bombs!" ; However, if there was a place you thought was infested (say, a dresser) you could spray it down with Raid, or Kleen Free, or Steri-Fab, and that might help.
