I'm a kid in Jr. High, I'm about 5''7, and 130 lbs. I wanted to know if lifting weights would stunt my growth. I was thinking that if I lift weights (about 5lbs. or more) sitting down obviously working out my arms that I wouldn't stunt my growth.
