we have used Drylok in two previous basements, one cinder block and one poured. They both had minor water seepage in only two or three small areas.The drylok stopped the seepage. We were in each house about 4 years after using the paint and in that time never had any flaking or peeling.

I also did not want a moisture issue so I bought Drylok masonry waterproofer. There were not many choices at the store but reading the can this looked like just what I needed. I put on 2 coats like the can said and it dried with a very gritty sandpaper-like finish, onto what was a very smooth concrete floor.
