I believe it is time to abolish the Electoral College and to let the people decide directly who the president should be. We should amend the U.S. Constitution to ensure that the candidate for president who receives the most votes actually becomes the president.

With the current system, presidents can be, and so ... It SHOULD be abolished. But it won't be, because states like Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana (the swing states) love how they get to basically decide the election because of the electoral college system. And they'd block any sort of legislation trying to change it.
