I checked with the state DNR and they said electroshocking was really the only way to do it without poisoning the stream,but since no part of it is on public land, they do not get involved. ... Cast the hook over the fish and SLOWLY reel until the hook is just behind their back and PULL!! What a Fight and Great Fun.
