It is only logical to deduce that reviewing cases concerning Official English policies on a state level will lead to legislative action on a national level. Pending legislation now exists which attempt to amend the Constitution of the United States by declaring English the official language of the government.

English is the language of freedom, commerce and opportunity around the world. Declaring English the official language of the United States will provide legal protection against ill-advised government actions which harm or ignore English.
