I also have enlarged ovaries. with up to 10 multifolliculars :O My right ovary is bigger than my left. I'm really scared. All day I've been on the net trying to find out how, and why I have it and how to fix it. I read that a healthy diet is essential eat - Rice, Fish (oily fish), yellow-green vegetables.

Just to calm your fears, I have a history of ovarian cysts and enlarged ovaries - always on the right side. In fact, my right ovary is enlarged right now and I have an appointment scheduled to see about having it removed altogether.
