For the past few weeks, I`ve had a recurring condition wherein a tastebud on the front third or so of my tongue becomes enlarged and sore. Sometimes it turns red or dark, then subsides. This has gone on for about 4 weeks, with each taste bud`s soreness lasting for 2-3 days.

I know it's obvious that I need to go to see a doc again, and I will as soon as I get the chance.....but these aren't "sores", they are enlarged taste buds that are very sensitive. I said "bumps", but they are just the same taste buds, just red and annoyingly irritated.
