Charms have their own requirements in PDQ/Exalted. In general, prerequisite charms are not important (a few exceptions, like sorcerery charms to cast spells, exist), but despite the lack of charm trees coherence should be maintained.

• Good luck: The target gains one extra die to add to normal Ability checks (not Charms). • A mark appears on the target in an obvious place(forehead, hand, etc.) that can be seen only by spirits and Exalted using a sensory Charm that allows them to perceive Essence at work.

There are no rules anywhere starting you can't use Charms from Form A while using Form B. So given /Exalted's/ "all things not explicitly forbidden are allowed" philosophy, I would say "Why not?" ; -- ; [The address listed is a spam trap.

Perfect attack add attack successes to damage dice, target cannot dodge, parry, or use charms to protect from attack(unless charm states is proof Vs. perfect attacks) if target is killed he/she enters the cycle of reincarnation immediately ... Solar Charms...
