People are usually exiled for political reasons or sometimes because they have committed a crime. They may have said bad things about the rulers in that country or tried to get into power themselves. People are not exiled in democratic countries, but many famous people in history have been sent into exile.

We have NO clue how many of our people were killed. Hence, I am not citing numbers other than to state that the Gypsies were vastly underestimated. The Jews and Gypsies were targeted under the Final Solution, the others for undesirable behaviour or beliefs or being unfit ... WHO ARE SOME FAMOUS PEOPLE EXILED BY THE NAZIS?
