I can get a FedEx envelope, stuff it with $100 bills (or a certified bank check), and send it overnight with a ... USAA Federal Saving Bank is an exception. I payed fedex 60 dollars to have a package delivered to me, only to find that they didnt even attempt to deliver it. My delivery exception was because my package arrived at the facility after the driver already left on their route.
