Bauer is everything we want from our heroes. He's smart, strong, and not afraid to break the rules (Bill of Rights, what's that?) in the name of the greater good. Even though he works for CTU an entire government agency funded to help stop terrorism at the end of the day it all comes down to one man making it happen.
