My boyfriend and I stayed at the Fretheim for one night during our tour of the fjords in Norway. The town of Flam doesn't have much going on and so there aren't many options of places to stay- but the location is great and the views of the fjords from our room were great to wake up to.

We just got back from a 5 days Norway trip and we stayed at Heimly for two nights. The entirior has all recenlty been done up and it is all very clean and tidy. Not very hip and there were mostly elderly couples staying with us, at least this time of the year, but as Flam is rather quiet anyway...

Everything in Norway is expensive so we found the price of Heimly about average. The views of the fjord are fab and the place is really clean. The breakfast was just right to set you up for the day. Flam is such a gorgeous place that you shouldn't miss it!!!
