Flipper is definitely a kids movie. The storyline is weak and it seems to be over before it's even begun. Though It's a must for Elijah Wood fans as they'll love the opportunity to see him in his cool sunnies and swimming gear, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it (unless you're under 12).
