My husband and I went on a 2 hour tour at Waverly Hills in late August this year. While on the fourth floor I experienced something walk past me (between me and the wall, only about a 2 foot area) ... The plan is to restore it to what it looked like when it was new. They will keep the 4th floor as it is today for ghost hunting.

I did leave the tour on the 3rd floor and caught some staff members running around in the dark trying to be "shadow people". ... your photos of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium are beautiful. I just recently found out about this fine old building and will be visiting it soon. Thanks for the preview.
