I have a nice pair and I really don't know the difference in feel, but I do know it takes me about 10 seconds to get in and out while I see other people struggle with their bindings. I was also told by the boardshop guy that Flow's are less likely to break, but that was from him I don't know.

ive been snowboarding for my ninth season now, and ... ive been snowboarding for my ninth season now, and was thinking about getting flow bindings. i have never ridden them, and was wantin to know how well they respond and how good they feel compared to a 2 strap binding, as the flows design has only 1 strap.

Stephen Maleney, gives his opinion on the often controversial Flow bindings ... Flow AMP 5 bindings; There are a lot of mixed feelings about Flow bindings, you love them or hate them. After using these for a few months I can honestly say I can see no reason not to use this system, it's perfect!
