Related: whats the deal with, fluidity bar, toning exercise ... I have the Fluidity bar. It's such a great piece of equipment. It's sturdy, solid, you can do pull ups on it too and that tones your back fast. Probably the best piece I've owned.

I love my fluidity bar, but like any other apparatus I need to force myself to use it. I like the workout videos that it came with, but it also works great with Callanetics. It's definitely not a flimsy bar which is the trade off for the weight of it, but it also folds up and rolls away nicely.

This time I ordered the Fluidity bar. Check out fluidity.com. It's basically a portable ballet barre -- my flexibility has gone down somewhat, and I know this will help. I've never enjoyed yoga or pilates, but this looks like something I'll enjoy.
