Yes you could be, i felt my fluttering all over my abdomen during my pregnancy. It is possible. The fluttering, however, would not be fetal movement...that is not detectable until about 16-22 weeks of pregnancy. The funny feeling in your abdomen could be stretching of the uterus...but that would feel more like cramps, ...

I didn't see anything about fluttering or consciousness like here's an alien inside of you associated with IBS though. And I don't enjoy any of the other symptoms associated with IBS. I didn't even hold spotting with any of my pregnancies so I'm pretty sure that I can't be pregnant.

No they are not supposed to feel like hunger pains. They feel like butterflies in your stomach. Very faint movements, don't worry when they do happen you will feel them. ... I found out that you can begin to feel your baby's movements at or around the 18th week of your pregnancy. I am 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I can feel these little fluttering like movements in my lower abdomen.
