BTW do you know how much forehead reduction is? i got in a really bad car accident in january so i have scars on my forehead if reduction could be used to remove them would the drivers insurance cover the cost? if it wont probly around $3-4K right?

In general, I would not recommend hairline lowering surgery, or forehead reduction surgery, to young men. This is because in men the natural hairline might recede with age making the scar potentially more visible.
