No there is no Freeloader for the Play Station 2. However there is a disk called the Swap Magic That produces the same results, giving it the ability to play Imports, and boot files from a hard disk to name some.

PS3 is region free, only for it's games. It's a good move, PS3 is the only region free games machine, with the PSP. PS2 free loader? Um... You could try one of those Action Replay Max's or perhaps you could get your console chipped?

Afraid not, if you want to play import games on your PS2 you will have to either get a chip fitted or use the swap disc method.
