After doing some extensive compatibility research, I purchased a GM #16128261 ESC module and a GM #10456288 knock sensor from gmpartsdirect.com. The ESC module is the same one used in the Accel DFI & FAST EFI kits and the knock sensor is a common application, also used in MSD's Knock Alert kit.
