Gas dryer with no heat: The parts that I have pointed out with the arrows are the parts that you will need to check with an ohm meter if the dryer is not heating. First check and see if you have 110 volts coming to the gas valve at this type of a connector.

HI, I read the steps above as well as some others from other sites. I have a gas whirlpool dryer - no heat. I looked through the peep hole and see no light from the ignitors and hear no clicks from the coils or rush of gas.

My whirlpool gas dryer (model # lgc7848dqo) will run but not heat up. I thought the thermal fuse cutout was bad so I replaced that but still nothing. I tried to get a continunity test on my thermal safety fuse and I'm not getting any reading.
