True. You should genuflect with your left knee while kissing a prelates ring (where that is still done)...but the right knee is reserved for the Blessed Sacrament.

Here is my uneducated conclusion: Genuflectiion is different from kneeling. Every time one passes by the eucharistic species, whether it be entering or leaving or walking by, one is supposed to genuflect (on one knee).
