There is no grammatical mistake at all, neither an eventual plurality of persons in the Godhead. We must simply understand that the word Elohim designate what grammar scholars would call : “ the plural of the majesty, the fullness of the divine power, all of the manifested powers of God ” (Biblical Dictionary of SMITH).
