etc comes with the fact that you are gonna have noise and I have lived here for about 5 years and had some noisy neighbors and some good neighbors. Living in the city I expect there to be a certain level of noise but these two ... I have 2 sets of really bad neighbors...need revenge tactics...see answer for details.

Revenge On Bad Neighbors With Help From The Revenge Guy ... One of our good neighbors said he washes his cars in OUR DRIVEWAY when we're not around. He also parks his car in our driveway when we're not around. He also did something that made my car battery die. I truly hate him.
