Every so often I will get very very small water blister (looks like a small bubble) on the underneath side of my tongue. Its usually always in a different place and if I don't pop it I can constintely feel it. What is causing this? why is calamansi qualified as a hand washing agent?

As in other forms of hand dermatitis, pompholyx is aggravated by contact with irritants such as water, Soaks or compresses using weak solutions of Condy's crystals (potassium permanganate), aluminium acetate, or vinegar in water, are applied for 15 minutes four times a day. This will dry up blisters.
