Replacing the non composite rotors with new OEM or Genuine OES quality discs will in most cases is about the same price as having the rotors turned. For composite rotors, we recommend only replacing the rotors if the become defective, warped or have deep grooves.

That is a reason turned rotors warp more easily than the uncut ones. If you have a "warped" rotor, I recommend just buy a new rotor, probably save your more $ in the long run and give you better braking performance. ... I would NEVER, have never, hesitated having my rotors turned, "cut" if needed and within tolerance.
