Hey everyone first time on this forum. ... Anyways last monday i pulled a quad muscle wen i tackled someone and i was wondering how i should treat it? It hasnt really got a good chance to heal cuz i got football practice 5 days out of the week and by the end of the week the pain gets pretty bad.
