my hips ache as well. i work on hard floors for abour 5 hrs a day but this problems has only got worse in the last mnh or so. sometimes i get sharp pains in the head when my legs ache but i put that down to stress.

The strange thing is the headaches are defintely gone but now I have hip/back that is very strange. Its better with rest but I am having aching up and down legs and sometimes bad ache in feet at rest. All I can say is they are weird ... : My wife (47) has constant leg aches in both legs and has been un-successful finding relief after being to many doctors. I've been reading this RLS forum and I'm not sure if this is what she has. Her legs are not jumpy and she has no problem holding them still.
