Today, 2nd February 2003, is commemorated as `Sanctity Life Sunday' since it is 6 years ago that ex-president Nelson Mandela, signed into law, the right to abortion. Today, the closest Sunday to 1 February, marks 6 years of abortion on demand and we are told that 285,000 babies have been killed.

On January 21 thousands of churches will observe Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. Since 1973 this observance has taken place annually on the Sunday closest to the anniversary of the Roe v Wade decision that legalized abortion in America.
