If the vacuum reading increases—say, from 14 inches to 14-½ inches—move around to the other side of the carburetor and turn that mixture screw in ½-turn as well. Again, note the vacuum gauge reading; if the gauge continues to climb, then adjust each idle-mixture screw in another ½-turn.

The First things that I could tell you to do is to plug off all the vacuum lines that are still open like Ozz said the O2 sensor will get reading that air fuel mixture is off and will dump more fuel to try to adjust the air fuel mixture.

If you have a ColorTune, you simply install it in place of one of the plugs, then adjust the carburetor that feeds that cylinder (the front carburetor for 1 & 2, the rear for 3 & 4). The ColorTune will let you see the color of the flame.
