I have never pierced my own ears. ... The doctor said that's "typical behaviour of a stab wound." I actually still have the lobe piercing and I've since gotten my nose pierced by a professional (with a needle, guns really aren't comparable to needles) with a 16 gauge needle so that I can wear proper nose jewelry.
