Jasmine, I don't believe you can remove inquiries. I do believe they fall off the report after a certain period of time. Unless there are an overabundance of them, it should not negatively effect your score.

How did you get those hard inquiries? Writing to them would only work if they made an error. The hard inquiries will stay on your credit record for 2 years. You can try to bump them off by doing soft inquiries, especially if you need a good credit score by 2008.
