Ive driven a Lincoln LS with the Heated/Cooled seats that work pretty well. This article makes mention of seats that wick moisture away rather than providing cool air. I cant see how it would work to cool me off. The only thing I see happening is the seat absorbing my perspiration. ... Tips & Advice ... Note added to order guide:

although I doubt water-cooled seats would work in this humidity - they'd probably work via evaporative cooling. and on the subject of water-cooled seats, I personally don't think leather is the way to go. it's unattractive and uncomfortable.
