He told me that everyone from higher up s still vying for an honorable discharge, however they would change the separation reason to Homosexual Conduct (Statement) and the Reenlistment code to RE4 so that I couldn't be called back a 3rd time.

I am a 35 yr old disabled veteren, but my reenlistment code on my DD214 stated that I can come back in, but my case would have to be reviewed. I miss the Army, and I want to really join the reserves. I went and took my ASFAB again a couple of yrs.
