How to get it to bloom again? You didn't mention where you live or where and how you grow it so I cannot tell if there is something ... It has been over a year since you received it and there is no telling how long it had been in the current potting mix before that, so I would suggest repotting it into fresh orchid mix.

QUESTION: Hi Jim, About a month ago I purchased my first cymbidium orchid from Home Depot. I don't know how long the flowers were in bloom prior to my purchase, but approximately a week after I bought it, I noticed the petals started to get yellow spots on them.

So when I buy one, I keep it and take care of it as it would bloom again with proper care. ...
