Just sign in with your username and password and then it will ask you, if you want to activate your account. Just click on that option and your hotmail account will be activated again.

Talkback I also think hotmail accounts are deleted after 30 days of not loggin in. I try to login to my hotmail account and it says that my password has been wrong too many times. I can't even find a hotmail address to email someone from the company to fix it.
