First and foremost remove partition magic,and any anti-virus on computer.save any thing of importance on a disc.disconnect from internet.reboot computer when it arrives at www. dell.com press cyl and f11 at same time.will take you to system restore,original factory settings.click restore and ur on ur way...

you have a system restore tool in you program menu through which you can restore your computer to any previous checkpoint it will restore the computers configuration as it was on that back date (check point) without loss of any data ... my comp didnt come with a restore cd amn stil trying to set factory settings...
