I am thinking of using "Shutdown.exe" to handle it. The program works very nicely except as a part of the shutdown sequence it displays a "System ; Shutdown" box that counts down for thirty seconds before acrtually shutting down. ... In Windows XP "Hibernate" button is not visible in Shutdown dialog box but when we press <SHIFT> key, it appears in place of "Stand By" button. Its strange and many people want to show it always in shutdown dialog box.
