Ya'll are going to think I'm crazy...when I was a little girl my Pop "grandfather" used to sit me up on the counter and get the scuff marks off of my white patent shoes with my grandma's homemade biscuits. LOL....I guess it's the "lard" or "grease" or whatever grandmas use.

I have always used acetone,just don't used to much and it always has done really well.....just use a cotton ball put some of the acetone on it and take the scuff off the shoe....then put just a little baby oil or vaseline on the spot and rub it in....this keeps the material from drying out......hope that helps...

this might sound stupid and ive never tried it myself, but ive heard that mayonaise will take off rubber marks on paint.(might as well try it, its basically free since everyones got mayo and cant hurt) ...
