hi im 29 i never growing up pulled the foreskin back now for the first time in my life i have red around the tip and very itchyness, also smegma, can a dr give me the meds to get rid of this sort of infection and then circumsize me, if so, how much an ... i have the exact same problem as you, i don't know how to get rid of it.

osbie92, if you are able to retract your foreskin all the way, the best way is to skin it back when you're in the shower and then use a washcloth to clean up the smegma. It will continue to accumulate for as long as you're alive, so get use...

Sorry to disagree with you, James, but more likely it is a secretion from the area of the penis just behind the glans. It's called smegma, and can accumulate if you're not circumcised. This doesn't change the treatment you suggested to Bob.
