Consuming hot liquids is a nice way to get rid of stuffy nose. Chicken soup or any other soup, with ginger and garlic in it, would serve the purpose. You can also drink warm water with a pinch of salt in it, to help yourself get rid of stuffy nose.

Yesterday with the sore throat, and now today with the stuffy nose! What should I do? ... It works..... it's called natural remedy muscle soothing bath soak but it works to get rid of a cold... it has extracts of ginkgo biloba, green tea and thyme. it smells wonderful and it works. good luck.... blue_fairy17...
