It doesn’t matter how long it was. You then have to go to the police who then have to obtain it from the telephone company. The name of the person isn’t released to your neither is the number. To get those you have to prosecute the person who called you.

What is the amount of time that a person taken in for alleged drunk driving have to arraigned? If the incident happened in August, 2001 and nothing has been done what course of action should be taken?
