Yes, 1 stick of butter=8 TBSP.=1/2 c. The thing that is come in handy for me is knowing that 2 T.=1/8 c. Often times for measuring stuff, it is easier to measure in an 1/8 c. than doing it twice with tablespoons... ... I'm making those LC peanut butter cups... :) ; I can't wait!! Thanks, Joy...
