Scroll down from the top of this page and you'll find the number of points you can have per day. It's according to your weight. I am using the old system which allows me 28 points per day but I can eat up to 33. I CANNOT eat less than 28 and NO MORE than 33. Just look at the scale and match your points to your weight.
