I have read one of your articles on Bodybuilding.Com and in it you said you take in about 300 grams of protein per day. I was wandering if this is too much daily protein. I read an article on WebMD, which stated approximately .36 grams of protein per pound of body weight is enough.

I'm sure at times the body is perfectly capable of absorbing 100 grams an hour. However I don't see that being the case for most of the day. Also, saying it could absorb 100 grams an hour is in no way suggesting you should eat 100 grams EVE...

I never trust any protein powder to really have as much usable protein as it says, I just dont believe it digests as good as ... I'm saying if I take the one with 55gs a serving and like 20g just go to waste then aint it the same as the one with 23gs...so why pay more if my body cant take more protein u know what I mean?
