We cover these issues in a course I teach on men and masculinities, and while the issue IS important there are many, many clips and even whole movies that make the point much better than those selected. The point for me is that movie and tv viewers often see what they have been socialized to expect.

Is it okay for Men to cry? ... While for women, crying seems naturally worked into our genetic make-up, for men this outlet isn’t one that gets to be explored all that often. And that’s a pity.
