Can some body suggest to plate copper as above on 3.15 and 4.0 mm dia, 300 and 350 mm long wire pieces. The plating should be adherent. We will prefer a cynide free process. Volume are 10 tonnes ... 1. PLACE SLIDE WITH SEVERAL 1-MICRON SECTIONS FLOATING ON WATER ON A HOT PLATE SET AT APPROXIMATELY 100-1500C OR 200-3000F. FOR LARGE SECTIONS LOWER THE TEMPERATURE TO PREVENT WRINKLING. ALLOW THE SECTIONS TO HEAT FIX ON THE SLIDE FOR 5-10 MINUTES.
